课程结束时，老师会为每位学生出具个性化写作跟踪报告，系统记录其写作表现和进步轨迹，帮助学生清晰看到自身成长，增强写作信心与学习动力。

Swimming to Win or for Fun
Swimming can be separated into two categories: competitive and non-competitive swimming. Competitive swimming means you swim to win a race. Non-competitive swimming means you swim for fun. For competitive swimming, you need special equipment, like goggles, a cap, and a timer. But for non-competitive swimming, you don’t need special equipment. Competitive swimming is usually done in an indoor swimming pool. Non-competitive swimming is usually done in an outdoor swimming pool or the ocean. But there are some similarities between them. Both require a swimsuit since regular clothes make it harder to swim. Also, both usually need a lifeguard to watch you so you don’t get hurt. So, there are similarities and differences between the two types of swimming.

A Scary Performance
The last time I had a problem at school was last week. We had to sing in front of the whole class. The teacher gave me a solo. I don’t like being the center of attention. I was really nervous! I asked my mom for advice. She told me that imagining people in clown costumes is a great way to calm down, so I decided to try it. It was time to sing in front of my class. When I got nervous, I remembered what my mom said. I imagined my classmates were clowns. It really helped! I didn’t forget any words to the song. I was really anxious about performing the solo. But pretending everyone was wearing clown costumes made it a lot easier, and a lot funnier!

My Favorite Game
Do you know Shade of Shadows? It’s my favorite video game of all time, and you will definitely agree after I tell you about it.
It’s a role-playing game which is set in an amazing fantasy world. The graphics are very realistic, the story is beautifully written, and it is very easy to play. I wonder how they made such a great game. The story is about a boy named Darius who must save the planet. The story seems very simple, but it is very complex. And because the game looks so real, I keep forgetting that it’s a game. It is like watching a very long movie. At first, I was afraid that this game would be too difficult for me, but it is very easy to play.
Shade of Shadows is a game for everyone. I don’t know why it isn’t more popular. It has a great story, great graphics, and is easy to play.

Friends Closer than Family
Some people say that friends can be as close as family. But I believe that friends can actually be closer than family.
Similar to family, we spend a lot of time with friends. In fact, we often spend more time with our friends than our family. Since we have experienced many things together in everyday life, like difficult exams or funny things in class, we prefer spending time with our friends than with our families. Families don’t know what problems we encounter each day, but friends do.
In addition, my friend and I are closer because we enjoy doing the same activities. We become closer by learning things about a hobby and making a connection.
Unfortunately, I don’t have many things in common with my parents or siblings. In fact. my family and I like very different things. We don’t have the same connection as I do with my friends.
In conclusion, we often spend more time with friends than with family, experience more things together, and enjoy doing the same activities. Due to all this, friends can be closer than families.

Has Technology Changed Our Lives?
Technology is changing and improving our lives in many ways. Three types of technology that have changed our everyday lives are the internet, digital cameras, and smartphones.
The internet has been around for over thirty years. It was first invented by Tim Berners- Lee in 1989, but it wasn’t used by many people. Nowadays, the internet is used by almost everyone, including young people, old people, business people, students, etc. Without the internet, we wouldn’t have email, instant messages, etc. These days, online shopping is more popular than shopping in physical stores.
The first digital camera was sold in 1975. It wasn’t very popular then. However, these days, digital cameras can be found wherever you look. They allow you to take photos wherever you like. People who like taking photos probably have a digital camera. Old-fashioned film cameras are not used very much anymore, and have been replaced by digital ones.
These days, most cell phones that are sold are smartphones, i.e., phones that are connected to the internet and have a digital camera. Combining both technologies lets users make video calls with people in other countries. In addition, people can post photos or videos on social media and connect with new people. Smartphones can also be used to pay for things. They even have GPS that lets you find your way wherever you are.
The internet, digital cameras, and smartphones are three technologies that have changed our lives. They have quickly become part of everyday life in the 21st century, and it is difficult to imagine life without any of them.
